A 10 minute walk from Breakwater to Pelican Bay Community Park.  One of Collier County's parks that offers a beautiful backdrop for tennis lessons and tournaments and twenty new pickleball courts as of December 2025.  The park also offers a children’s playground, volleyball court, and so much more.
